If you go to the Great Backyard Bird Count website: http://gbbc.birdcount.org/, at the top, there is a green tab that says “Submit Observations.” Go here and you will see how to submit your counts. Thanks for participating!

I have always liked birds and have worked around the world doing development work so I have seen some amazing birds. We have a bird feeder in the backyard; does that distort the count?

I saw the movie and became a fan. (Nominated for Best actor – Michael Keaton and Best Movie).

I don’t think I could begin to count all the birds I saw over a weekend. Sometimes I have as many as 26 Cardinals, 8 Bluejays45 plus Mourning Doves, all at the same time. That doesn’t even account for the Chickadees, Snow Junkos, Purple Finches, Gold Finches, Downey Woodpeckers, Red Bellied Woodpecker, the Nuthatch, Sparrows and of course Miss Sharpie, the Sharp Shinned Hawk who would like to dine on my birds
